New LS440 Press And ST350 Sitcher

Precision Litho Service is proud to announce the installation of our Komori LS440-P, and Heidelberg Stitchmaster ST 350 Saddle stitcher.
The Komori LS 440-P's state of the art feature list, including ink fountain preset and closed loop ink control, which allow quicker makeready and excellent color consistency throughout the run, automated plate changing and sheet size change further reducing makeready. Perfecting capability allows printing of 2/2 work in one pass. The LS 440-P's aqueous coater applies gloss or matte coat, allowing for a quicker turn, and excellent scuff resistance. The LS 440-P strengthens our diverse press capability.
Our new Heidelberg Stitchmaster ST 350 will stitch and trim at speeds up to 12,000 cycles per hour. It's quick makeready features enable us to process short runs more efficiently. Fourth and Fifth knives can be installed in minutes to allow 2-up stitching, further decreasing production times. With trim size capability ranging from 3 1/16 x 4 3/4 to 12 1/2 x 18 3/4, and inline hole punching, the ST 350 can cover a wide variety of saddle stitching product requierment.
